All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow additional time during high-volume periods.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our lash products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us by using the contact page within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily assist you in resolving the issue.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be modified once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout to avoid any errors.
